This is the exact same recipe as last week except i'm using a liquid yeast for the first time, all went with out a hitch and i ended up with 25L at 1046
4800gm Pale Malt
70gm Crystal Malt
30gm Roasted Barley
20grm black malt
25gm Chocolate Malt
250gm Carahell
107gm Fuggles [3.6%] (60 min)
40gm First gold 8.3% 60 min
51gm Styrian Goldings [2.6.%] (15 min)
protofloc (Boil 10.0 min)
Fermenting with Wyeast #1335 British Ale II

Good luck with it AT, liquid yeasts are nice but the differences can be quite subtle, hard to put into words. You can save a bit of cash by splitting the yeast and using it in several batches, there's a link on Jim's how to do it (if you haven't already). Big Kenny is a cracking recipe, good luck with it! - mysterio
