I did this yesterday and to be honest i'm not sure what to expect from it but i think it will be horrible or nice but nothing in between.
4kg Golden Promise
200G Biscuit Malt
400G Crystal Malt
250G Munich Malt
40G Cascade 6.8% 60 mins
25 Jalapeno peppers added to the fermenter with one pack of US-05
Edit this is drain cleaner, to many peppers and it's over powering.

What the fuggin' ale? Chilli in beer are you mad? Actually AT don't answer that, we both know the answer!
I reckon this'll be a "shit or bust" brew if ever there was one. Did you scald or sterilise the chillis in any way? I have some Jalapenos and Nagas in the greenhouse however I'm not sure any of them will end up in ale though!

Yea John i soaked them in boiling water for 2 mins just to sterilise them. I have to admit that today the yeast are not as eager as usual (probably burned to death) and the smell of peppers is stronger than i expected but i think once fermentation is in full swing it'll burn a lot of the hotness off and leave me with some underlining flavours. It could just as easily end up been drain cleaner lol
