Well i finally got my brewery finished and here is a picture of it. I hope to run a brew through it next week, if i do i'll be sure to update the blog. It's to easy to forget to keep this up to date.
It's looking like it will be at least 2 weeks before i'll get to run anything through it now. I have no idea which recipe to settle on but i might do something with Nelson Sauvin hops, suppose i could do worse than 50L of Fools Gold :-)
I got it from Nordic Optical, http://cgi.ebay.fr/TABLE-DE-TRAVAIL-EN-ACIER-SPECIAL-1800-600x860-mm_W0QQitemZ190333054341QQcmdZViewItemQQptZFR_YO_PME_HotellerieRestauration_equipementHotellerieRestauration?hash=item2c50bbed85&_trksid=p3911.c0.m14

Nice looking setup you've got there - any ideas what your first brew will be?
Did you use it yet? Looking forward to the analysis :D
